Attriqs is a product of EncubIQ ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use the Attriqs website (www.attriqs.com) and the Attriqs platform (app.attriqs.com).

2. Data We Collect

Website visitors: When you visit www.attriqs.com, we may collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, referral source, and device type. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Contact form submissions: When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message content. This data is processed via Web3Forms and stored securely.

Platform users: When you use the Attriqs platform, we collect account information (email, name, role) and the attribution data you configure within your workspace. See our Data Processing Agreement for details on platform data handling.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the Attriqs platform; respond to enquiries; send product updates (only with your consent); and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Attriqs (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). All service providers are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Personal identifiers are hashed at the point of capture within the attribution platform.

6. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation, during which you may export your data.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies & Consent

Essential cookies (always active): We use first-party cookies for site functionality, visitor identification (pseudonymous UUID), and session management. These cookies are set via our first-party tracking domain and do not contain personal information. They cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the service to function.

Analytics and PII capture (consent required): When you submit a form on our website, we may capture your email address, phone number, and name for identity resolution and attribution purposes. This data capture only occurs if you have accepted analytics cookies via our consent banner. If you decline, no personal information is collected from form submissions.

Your consent choices: When you interact with our cookie consent banner, your preference is recorded in our database with a timestamp, your pseudonymous visitor ID, and your approximate country (derived from your IP address). This creates an auditable record of your consent decision. You can change your preference at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.

Third-party cookies: We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The MosAIc chat assistant on our website connects to our own API and does not set any third-party cookies.
